eLearning
An eleven module course focusing on introducing each standard, providing practical ways to apply them to the every day work of an Educator and implementing the concepts and language used by the CCYP.

This course was designed as a foundation on which to build on.

Each online module contains:

CCYP Resources: The CCYP has extensive information on each standard, it is fundamental in this case to direct learners to the source of truth, in particular, the videos they have on each Child Safe Standard. In this case, the information in these videos was not required to pass the assessment, rather it was used to create a top-level understanding of the standards and their role in the industry.
Animated explainer: This is the main teaching vehicle as it offers the greatest impact with the least amount of friction for our diverse audience. Here we introduced practical and relatable ways in which each standard applies to daily work.
Animations are accompanied by a voice over and subtitles for accessibility. They are paced thoughtfully to keep engagement without being distracting or exhausting.
Supporting materials: Text and image diagrams that complement and summarize the video content.

Assessment: Each module includes an interactive assessment that must be passed to complete the course.
Assessment questions are classified following Blooms Taxonomy.
Each Educator has 4 tries, if unsuccessful, a support ticket is created for a Coordinator to provide individual support. All interactions are recorded within the LMS.
